I was brought in early in the planning process of an event thrown to benefit the LGBT+ advocacy group in my college town called Glitterball. As a rather new event (two years old), a design aesthetic had not been established for Glitterball. So, when the planning committee wanted to make the event larger, I knew that clean type and iconography, paired with friendly and fun portraits, would go a long way in reaching more people. The event sold out in 3 minutes, so I think it worked pretty well!
